Primroses in Wire Basket

I couldn't stand it any longer..
even though it's too early to do any real gardening yet, I just had to plant something!

So I took this rusty wire basket I found at a garage sale last summer for $1.00, bought 4 primroses, and scraped up some moss from my yard. One big advantage to living in Oregon is there is always an abundance of moss available!

I attached the wire basket to the wall outside my studio...

lined the front and the sides of the basket with moss...

set the primrose pots in and tucked moss in around the bare spots to hide the plastic pots...

I like how it turned out, I hope it inspires you
to plant a little touch of spring too...
