Vintage Patriotic Decor

I love decorating for the holidays...but I don't have a fireplace mantel, I have a shelf! I have a ton of vintage red, white, and blue patriotic stuff, but this year I decided to only use a few of my favorite items, so this is me going simple...

I love these cylinder record covers that go with the old record player I have that belonged to my Grandpa. Don't they kind of look like firecrackers?

Studio Sale

I've been super busy this week getting ready for my Vintage 541 Studio Sale this weekend.  I'm determined to get my studio in shape for the Where Bloggers Create Party at My Desert Cottage in July so every spare minute has been filled with going through boxes of "stuff", cleaning, creating, painting, rearranging,and pricing! I'm a bit tired and ready for a nap (what's a nap you say)!? but it feels so great to get so much accomplished!
